Metabolic Typing

What is Metabolic Typing?

Metabolic Typing takes the guesswork out of your diet. It is a nutritional technology that identifies the two dominant systems in your body that govern your dietary needs. Understanding these empower you to eat a diet that’s right for your body rather than trying random diet fads that keep you guessing and yo-yoing.

Vegetarian, vegan, keto, paleo, carnivore –  they all can sound enticing when you hear the experts and influencers talk about them. But there’s one thing they all tend to leave out: that everyone is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all diet. That’s why you can find the science and “proof” that every diet out there is the right one and the wrong one- they’re right for certain people, but not others!

Metabolic Typing cuts out all the noise. It’s an advanced (but simple) technology that determines whether your body does better emphasizing carbohydrates, better with more protein and fat, or somewhere in between. So instead of chasing cookie-cutter diets that sound good on paper but don’t work for you, you’ll learn your unique and highly individual dietary needs. No more cravings, low energy, lack of concentration, imbalanced emotions, diminished performance, or excess appetite from diets that are incongruent with your body’s unique needs.

How Does it Work?

Metabolic Typing optimizes how your body converts specific macronutrients; carbohydrates, protein and fat into usable energy that can then properly feed and activate your metabolism. That means better digestion, improved cognitive function, balanced hormones, weight normalization, as your body has the appropriate fuel mixture it needs to operate at its best.

It’s really that simple.

Once you learn your Metabolic Type, you’ll be armed with the tools to learn how to select the perfect fuel to enable your body to function at peak efficiency.
