When traditional medicine could not offer any solutions for an early life of chronic bronchitis, ear infections, fatigue, pain and ongoing depression, I looked toward alternative methodologies. That last visit to a doctor who dismissed my symptoms and handed me a Prozac prescription pushed me over the edge – I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands.
I studied bio-individual nutrition and every facet of natural healing I could find, quickly making progress on my own health through identifying the root cause of my symptoms. With my clients, I identify the core imbalances that are creating roadblocks to optimal health, and through customized nutritional and supplement protocols, lifestyle design and advanced bio-energetic testing, I’m able to bring clients from that place of uncertainty or hopelessness to empowerment and vitality.
